1. Log into ChatGPT: First, log into your ChatGPT account. In the top right corner, click on the Settings icon, then select “Customize ChatGPT.” This is where you’ll enter specific instructions to guide ChatGPT in helping you streamline your real estate business tasks. 2. Get Custom Instructions: Open a separate tab and head over to chatgpt.agentmarketingschool.com. Copy the Custom Instructions provided on the site. 3.
